What You’ll Need:
8oz. of crisp, cold water
1 green apple
4 large carrots (organic if you can!)
2 stalks of celery with leaves
1 handful of spinach
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
¼ teaspoon cinnamon (hmmm)

What You’ll Need:
1 small banana
1 cup blackberries, (fresh is best but frozen will do!)
