I celebrate this Memorial Day weekend and remember those extremely brave and honorable men and women who have served in the Armed Forces and have sacrificed so that I may enjoy freedom.

And I am also thinking of Military Working Dogs or “war dogs” who have served right along side their human counterparts since World War I and still do to this day. Many of these canine soldiers have also paid the ultimate sacrifice with bravery and selflessness. Click here to learn more about war dogs. And have a happy and safe Memorial Day!
