That Pippa Middleton must be one fit girl, because she and her brother James are planning on doing a majorly labor intensive sport this weekend. They will take part in a 3,000 mile charity bike race starting on Saturday that will run from Oceanside, CA. to Annapolis, MD. My legs and back are already exhausted just hearing that!
It is for Race Across America, and they will be participating with their friend James Matthews, whose brother Michael perished on the descent from Mount Everest in 1999. And apparently, Pippa has been training for this for awhile, even referring to biking gear in her column for the Daily Telegraph. I wish them the best of luck on this. Have any of you ever done a bike race before?
