Holy legs! If you’ve ever wanted a body like Jessica Simpson’s, now’s you’re chance. We’re giving you the inside scoop on her workout routine!
Simpson’s secret? Circuit training four to five times a week with an additional hour of cardio. For those of you who aren’t huge runners, try walking on an incline, which is what Jessica does, for cardio.
Simpson’s trainer, Teri Ann Krefting also told PEOPLE, “We alternate exercises every third day. So we’ll do squats and lunges one day for quadriceps, deadlifts or glute raises to tighten the butt and hamstrings the next day, and then plie squats, which are good for inner thighs.”
While that doesn’t sound too difficult, it certainly seems to be working for the stunning mother of two, who constantly boasts to social media about how truly happy she is with her family.
Circuits and cardio do make for a wonderful workout, but happiness is key. Simpson is currently delighted with her growing family, which makes eating healthy and staying fit less of a stress.
