Earlier this evening, Canadian officials reported that Glee star Cory Monteith was found dead tonight in a Vancouver hotel room. He was 31 years old. Apparently, it was from a drug overdose at the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel. Cory had battled substance abuse in the past and recently went to rehab. Canadian officials are going to hold a press conference at 10:30 PM tonight. No word from girlfriend Lea Michele as of yet. Story still developing……..
