Hummus is literally one of my favorite foods. I eat it almost everyday, with veggies, in salads and on top of warm pita bread. It is so tasty and healthy, boasting nutrient-rich fiber, protein and polyunsaturated (good) fats.
And I am not alone in my love of this super food. Celebrities such as Anne Hathaway, Lauren Conrad and Lady Gaga load up on this delish dish.
