It was all about the summer sizzle at Miami Swim Week. And one designer, Stefania Roitman, launched her first collection My Happy by Stefi this week at Paraiso to the excitement of the crowd. Stefania is also the current season coach on “The Voice” Latin America airing now.
“This has been a very exciting moment for me where I was finally able to show what my inspiration has brought me to, a moment where I celebrate everyone, taking them to My Happy world!” says Stefi.
Attendees included Latin pop star and Stefania’s fiance Ricky Morena along with Lele Pons, Ricardo Montaner, Marlene Salome, Sara Escobar, Mauricio Montaner, Ricky Montaner, Oriana Sabatini, Emilia Mernes, Maria Laura, and Chris Lavish.
What was great about the presentation, sponsored by PAC Protocol, was that the collection was created for women of all shapes and sizes. Body positivity was at the forefront, and the audience went wild with all of the diverse models who walked the runway. It so amazing to see Stefania’s designs on real women.
Up next, Mery Playa, helmed by Mery Racauchi, returned to the runway to showcase the latest collection which consisted of pastel colors and playful moments, with a 90’s twist. Think retro patterns, bold chains, and nostalgic accessories. Fun for a pool party this summer!
When guests were ogling over the super-stylish and affordable Foster-Grant sunglasses, they were dancing in their seats to Latin pop star, Morelli. Mau & Ricky joined in the performance to make a special Miami Swim Week moment. And for the finale, all of the models came back to the runway and danced with the guys in their final looks, before the after-party started!
