Congratulations to the Joplin Humane Society and the ASPCA for a successful pet adoption event this past weekend. Because of the care and generosity of adopters and volunteers, all of the over 700 cats and dogs displaced by the devastating tornado were placed in loving homes! Great news! Adopters came from both the surrounding areas and from far and wide.
