Welcome to 2010! It only seems appropriate to spotlight the “Look of the Decade” as we close this first decade of the millennium. Though I have been fond of many looks donned by the stars in the last 10 years, there is definitely one that stands out and I remember when I first saw it, it was like love at first look. That would be the dark blue, backless Guy Laroche dress that Hilary Swank wore to the 77th Annual Academy Awards in Los Angeles in 2005. Sophisticated, sexy, and stunning, it was the perfect ensemble for Swank to wear as she accepted the Oscar for her magnificent lead performance in Million Dollar Baby. To top it off, she was photographed after partying later that night not at the Chateau Marmont, nor some uber exclusive Hollywood soiree, but rather at Astro Burger! Fabulous fashion + an Oscar win + french fries=pretty amazing night!
