Red Carpet Roxy’s “Look of the Week” takes us down to the Southwest by way of France, namely the design house of Hermes and their Spring 2009 Ready to Wear Collection. This Mexican inspired cowgirl look returns me to my Texas roots and the days of wearing multi-colored Mexican dresses, playing with Kachina dolls, and of course donning my staple cowboy boots. Guess what? Those elements are back this season, so plan on seeing lots of color, fringe, and turquoise decorative accents on pieces from purses to dresses to shoes. Makes me want to book that return trip to Mexico. Damn that Swine Flu!
