There is no “how to dress” rule book for NYE. Sure, people like to don sequins and sparkly things because they tend to be festive and fun (me included!) But there is something to be said for sporting something equally as playful, but a little less predictable. And that is exactly what Zoe Saldana did for the champagne-fueled occasion. She rocked this emerald green strapless Emilio Pucci cocktail dress, with lace detailing, while partying it up in Miami. And she still incorporated shine by wearing metallic pumps and hoop earrings. Throw in the bold red lip for good measure. See, who says you can’t have it all?
