Abi Ferrin's Luz Delia Dress
Fashion designer Abi Ferrin’s imagination and creativity are obvious in the special, one of a kind pieces that she produces and the Luz Delia dress is no different. I actually wore this piece to Abi’s “Women of Purpose” event last night and got too many compliments to count on my ensemble. The silk is actually hand painted by a talented artist named Julie Cox Hamm, who meticulously and skillfully decorates the fabrics that Abi uses in many of her fashions. That along with the flowly cut of dress and the end of the cape tied around my left wrist made for the perfect summer party dress last night. It almost felt like I was on a tropical island vacation…….in Dallas!
