There are many things that make me smile: rose-soaked summer nights, my skinny jeans feeling a little bit loose on me and a piping-hot serving of french fries with cold ketchup. But the news that the first NKLA (No-Kill Los Angeles) adoption center has opened its doors in Los Angeles, thrills me!
We all know how bad the pet over-population is in Los Angeles. In fact, 13,000 adoptable animals were euthanized last year in LA City Shelters alone. But NKLA (No-Kill Los Angeles) is trying to put an end to this by producing adoption fairs, and this Saturday July 13th, offering a free spay/neuter dog clinic in Compton.
There is no doubt that Cate Blanchett is an original when it comes to style. She takes bold risks and doesn’t let trends or others dictate what she wears. And I love that about her. She rocked this Asian-inspired red sequined Armani Prive gown to the AACTA Awards this week, along with tassel earrings and pointed-toe patent leather pumps.
You can imagine how fun it was that I got to chat with accessories designer Agathe Planchon, founder of Gustto and Miss Gustto.
