HOW TO LOOK BIKINI-READY……..QUICKLY!

With summer only a few days away…there’s one problematic thing on many of our minds. Swimsuit season! But there’s no need to panic, because we have prepared the top tips to be bikini-ready!

Step one, focus on your arms. By bringing out the dumb bells and putting aside 15 minutes a day to do biceps curls, tricep dips and shoulder presses, your arms are bound to look as good as the rest of your bod. Water, water, water. Although it may not be your drink of choice, swig it for the sake of looking good. It may be recommended to drink eight glasses a day, but we are leaning towards ten. By staying hydrated, it’s easier for the body to burn calories. And have we mentioned water is zero calories!

There’s nothing worse than strolling down the beach in a bikini with unwanted hairs! Splurge this season and treat yourself to a wax. It might be painful, but a good, clean bikini and leg wax will go along way.  Relax, and your good to go! Spend that extra time you would use shaving for more time in the sun, with sunscreen of course! Toning your body may be the only thing on your mind, but don’t forgot about your skin. Exfoliate, moisturize, and don’t forget the sunscreen. For these upcoming sun-drenched days, it’s critical to exfoliate every few days and to moisturize a couple of  times a day. Get rid of the old skin, and hydrate the new. No one wants flaky, burned, dry skin for summer.

Wear something that suits you. Don’t wear a swimsuit that you’ll be adjusting every five minutes or one that will have you questioning why you wore it. If you are trying to hide one part of your body, emphasize another part that you love. Even though it’s hard to only think about how you will look in a swimsuit, think about what comes with it: time in the sun, fun with friends and family, and even a fruity cocktail!
