And just like that, fashion is back on the red carpet! The Met Gala returned after taking a year off due to Covid. This year”s theme was In America: A Lexicon of Fashion. And designer interpretations ranged from the more subdued to the wild, wild west (I’m looking at you, JLo!)
Co-chairs this year included Billie Eilish, Timothée Chalamet, Naomi Osaka, and Amanda Gorman, with plenty of star-power to boot. And my favorite accessory of the evening: evening gloves! I am so here for it.
