The Emmys have come and gone, and this year it was IRL! It was nice for one of the first major awards show to return to an in-person format.
Overall, I wasn’t totally swept away with the styles this year, but there were definitely a few looks that I was there for.
I loved the use of bright colors, refined beauty, and the fact that the men really stepped out of the plain black tux comfort zone of years past. Bravo, gentlemen!
I am all in for the glam, as we needed it after this pandemic. And I look forward to seeing even more fashion risks, bold choices, and thinking outside of the style box in the awards shows yet to come.
