Santa Maria Novella. You should know that name. Why? Because their products are amazing! I found this out yesterday while visiting the ladies at the LA store on Melrose Place. It is literally across the street from Marc Jacobs, and once you walk in, your senses will be awoken. The heavenly smells of the potions-including heavenly smelling colognes, skin care, and even pet grooming products-greet your nose right when you enter.

Santa Maria Novella is a 400 year old Italian luxury company, and in celebration of this huge milestone, the company issued two signature fragrances which have already sold out! The history of this brand is rich and dates back to the time of Catherine de’ Medici, for whom they created her wedding cologne. In fact, this line of high-end products is favored by Hollywood A-Listers such as Penelope Cruz and Matthew McConaughey.
Oprah named the candles as one of her “Favorite Things” this past year which made the them sell out in no time. My fave is the Crema Per Le Mani (Hand Cream) because it is calming and leaves my hands silky smooth, which goes perfect with my The Painted Nail manicure that I received at the in-store event.
