There is a very special wine-tasting event happening this Thursday evening in Beverly Hills, benefitting Stop Poaching Now! It’s called Winos for Rhinos and the money raised will go to efforts to support the Kruger National Park where 80% of the world’s remaining rhinos reside.
If we don’t get busy, rhinos will be gone within a decade, which gravely affects the biodiversity of our planet. Where rhinos live–the flora and the fauna flourish. When we protect rhinos, we protect elephants, lions, giraffes, cheetahs and many more.
At Stop Poaching Now! the focus is to educate and support grassroots organizations, by funding specially trained dogs, drones and rangers who put their lives on the line to protect these magnificent creatures. Rhinos are NOT medicine, trinkets or fashion.
And at Winos for Rhinos, there will be wine-tasting from local and South African vineyards, a special acoustic performance by Mara Connor, and a silent and live auction. A really fun event. And I will be hosting the official Facebook live feed from the red carpet!
Tickets are priced at $85 and include a limited edition, engraved SPN! wineglass. You can purchase tickets by contacting jennifer@StopPoaching-Now.com. And if you can make it, you can always make a donation to www.StopPoaching-Now.org to help put an end to poaching once and for all. What do you think of this cause? We want to know. Comment below!
