Once awards season begins, you know what is sure to follow, and that is Sundance! Much like “winter break” for the entertainment industry (yes, we are all working, but not without a cocktail in hand!), the yearly film festival is once again delivering some amazing events. And here are some at the top of my list so far.
TAO Nightclub will return to recreate an underground club at Village at the Lift, hosting nightly VIP events. TAO will allow the in-crowd at Sundance to step out from the cold and warm up on the dance floor of this exclusive and popular nightclub with live sets from the below:
Friday, January 18th – DJ Vice
Saturday, January 19th –DJ Politik and special performance by Nas
Sunday, January 20th – Jonny Lennon & 4AM presents Funday with DJs Jesse Marco, DJ Sinatra, and DJ Theory – opening set by Julian Cavin
Monday, January 21st – Samantha Ronson
New Era Chalet at the Lift
No doubt you will be able to see more than a sports-loving celebrity or two at the private VIP Gifting Suite which promises the hottest accessories and head wear from Winter Knits, MLB, NFL, NBA caps, apparel and more!
For those you prefer a nice cold premium beer, Stella Artois will be presenting “Timeless Beauty” a new campaign shot by famed photographer Annie Lebovitz and starring Noah Huntley who was also in Snow White and the Huntsman and will be the host of the event. The soiree will take place in the Studio Stella Artois at the Village at the Lift, which some might say is the hub of party scene.
The the Miami Lounge promises good time gifting like shoes and accessories from Carlo Pazolini, cocktails from Disaronno, fine leathers from Rudsak, clothing and jewelry from Johnny Was, snacks from Lifeway Foods, Sabra Hummus, and Hint Water as well as variety of other great brands. Sign me up!
And the GREY GOOSE Blue Door has some major celebrities like Matthew McConaughey, Paul Rudd and Nicole Kidman all hosting dinners for their movies in the space. InStyle will also be conducting their portrait studio in house along with Smashbox. Can you say, “I’m ready for my close-up?”
But before a picture is to be shot, a visit to the Dove Color Care Salon at the Talent Resources Gifting Suite is a must where celebrity stylist Matt Fugate will be on hand to tame unruly tresses and to discuss winter hair trends and helpful hair tips! So, who’s in?
