After having celebrated the career of Michael Douglas, I was on my way to the next stop of the evening, a soiree for acclaimed jeweler Tiffany’s hosted by my USC college pal and fashion powerhouse Vogue Contributing Editor, Lauren Santo Domingo. In fact, it was a girls’ night as my other bff’s were also in attendance. The event was high above the hills of Los Angeles in the penthouse suite of the Chateau Marmont Hotel. As stylish guests sipped champagne and listened to DJ Gordon’s spun tunes in the night air, they also gazed adoringly at the beautiful baubles, admiring the new Tiffany Keys collection, and even tried them on.
Celebrity party goers included stylist to the stars Phillip Bloch, actress Jordana Brewster, “Top Design” judge and Viceroy hotels interior designer Kelly Wearstler, and former “Desperate Housewife” Nicollette Sheridan, who wasn’t shy about holding hands and or giving a little romantic squeeze to her date’s buns during the fete. Maybe he had just gotten her something in a little blue box?
