Karl Lagerfeld has just debuted his Olympic-themed collection at Selfridges in London, just in time for the games. Said Karl about his latest fashion endeavor, “”The drama of this collection isn’t a drama. It’s a joke. It’s an inspiration. In a way, it’s me. So I have to be careful not to get too much into it, because I don’t expect everybody to dress like me. That’s why I like this collection with the t-shirt to make a joke out of me, because I think I’m a cartoon.” It’s nice to see he isn’t taking himself too seriously!

The playful collection includes gold, silver, and bronze metallic-hued collars, skinny jeans, and jackets. It is priced at an affordable $148.00-$505.00 price range. Karl’s pop-up store is on the third floor of Selfridges, and the department store will also be unveiling his Karl Lagerfeld Paris Man collection today.
