Christian Siriano’s Spring/Summer 2014 New York Fashion Week collection was all about Mexico, where he had recently been on vacation. Think vibrant colors, raffia accents and pops of neon throughout the collection.
Also, Siriano incorporated more informal looks into this collection, and many of the pieces had feminine touches like ruffles, peplums and floral prints.
But, his strongest designs were those in the formal wear category. Proving that he is a slave to detail, Christian’s tailoring remained precise and with all of the drama that you would expect from the Project Runway winner.
The Sebastian Professional team provided the textured ponytails, which were quite a trend this season and offset the clothes very well. Do you have a favorite look from this collection?
