Minka Kelly rocked the People’s Choice Awards blue carpet on Wednesday night when she arrived in this gorgeous Vivienne Westwood bustier dress. The cinnamon color and lace worked really well with her olive skin tone and I loved the short dresses on the PCA carpet. Of course, the look is topped off with nude suede Brian Atwood pumps, as well as Neil Lane jewels. Can’t go wrong with either of those. And in following with the hair trend of the night, Minka sported the easy up-do, perfect for this sexy dress.
