Designer Anthony Williams' winning blue creation from "Project Runway" photo: bluefly
On last week’s episode of Project Runway on Lifetime, the designers’ challenge was to create a look for Heidi Klum to wear on the cover of the April issue of Marie Claire. Basically, this look had to be uber eye catching and cut through the muck on the newsstands, while ushering in Spring. Designer and Southern Belle Anthony Williams whipped up this lovely electric blue number which I am crazy about! Not only is the color rad, but you have a dress with all of this gorgeous ruffle detail that is still slimming and sexy. Way to go, Anthony!
