Rachel Bilson consistently makes unexpected, interesting fashion choices and I love it. And this week was no different. While in Milan for the Bulgari presents Matthew Williamson soiree, Rachel sported this black, lacey Christian Dior cocktail dress under a blazer. And of course she was wearing the hottest shoe designer of the moment-Brian Atwood-and his nude suede pumps. So hot! And to top it all off, a quilted Chanel clutch. Well done, Ms. Bilson!
