So, currently, I am obsessed with Black Phoenix Hair Gloss. You probably haven’t heard of it. It is more of an indie beauty brand. And the scent is absolutely heavenly.
I was introduced to it last week, while I was a featured beauty and and style expert on the Beauty Talk Live radio show. Jen from My Beauty Bunny whipped it out and mentioned that is is the best smelling hair gloss she had ever come across. I glanced at the bottle and one ingredient caught my eye: tiare. Tiare “Tahitian Gardenia” is the national flower of French Polynesia, which immediately brought back amazing memories of my honeymoon on those Tahitian islands, not to mention they beautifully pungent smell of that flower. And yes, she was right. It really is one of the best scented hair glosses around. My hubby followed me around the rest of the night catching whiffs of my mane. Plus, it imparts a gorgeous sheen on the hair, but not an oiliness. The gloss is paraben and sulfate-free, contains no petrochemicals, no GMO’s and no triclosan. And it is cruelty-free and never tested on animals.

And did I mention the smell? You don’t even have to wear perfume! Other key ingredients include coconut and vanilla bean. Makes me want to book a tickets back to the islands now!
