It’s that time of the year again-the lights go up, the runway is rolled out, the models teeter in their stilettos, and fashion happens. Of course, I am referring to New York Fashion Week for Spring/Summer 2010. Red Carpet Roxy will be hitting the hottest shows and parties during the week, including STYLE360, reporting from the front lines of the fashion war, giving you the scoop and telling you about the latest trends. Hopefully, I won’t see any major tumbles down the catwalk circa 1993, when Naomi Campbell lost her footing in her 10 inch stilettos as she infamously tripped on her boa while walking in the Vivienne Westwood show! I think fashion impresario Karl Lagerfeld said it best when asked about the relevancy of the fashion show to which he responded, “The best way to see clothes is still on a beautiful woman. There’s no substitute.” And so it goes-another New York Fashion Week!
