Start popping the champs because E! television personality Maria Menounos is engaged! Her finance, Keven Undergaro proposed to her this morning on the Howard Stern Show, after dating for 19 years! And her gorgeous, one-of-a-kind ring was designed by French jewelry designer Jean Dousset.
