Lively New Orleans jazz music, some tasty sushi + bubbly and a lot of amazing makeup. That is how I would describe my night celebrating MAC Cosmetics’s Magic of the Night Holiday 2015 collection at The Grove. I toasted this seriously gorg collection at Blue Ribbon Sushi while watching jazz singers perform and even a got serenaded from one of the saxophone players. It was a blast!
This stunning collection is comprised of deep, smoky eye shadows, bold lips and pearly, creamy pigments. All of the essentials for a very fun night out. Think sultry + sexy, and definitely makes a statement!
And I got to experience the collection first hand when MAC Cosmetics Senior Artist Ashley Rudder worked her magic on me. She infused my skin with that dewy glow that I always want, and then gave me a beautiful smoky eye and a pretty pink lip. I absolutely loved everything that she did, especially my skin. And for that look, she used the Oh, Darling in Extra Dimension Skinfinish. The liquid-powder highlighter creates a luminous finish that makes the face look healthy and vibrant.
