PARIS CAN WAIT, the directorial debut of Eleanor Coppola. Anne (Diane Lane, INSIDE OUT, MAN OF STEEL) is at a crossroads in her life. Long married to a successful, driven but inattentive movie producer, she unexpectedly finds herself taking a car trip from Cannes to Paris with a business associate of her husband (Alec Baldwin, THE BOSS BABY, STILL ALICE). What should be a seven-hour drive turns into a carefree two-day adventure replete with diversions involving picturesque sights, fine food and wine, humor, wisdom and romance, reawakening Anne’s senses and giving her a new lust for life.
Maestro Dobel® Tequila will offer premium open bar and specialty cocktails. Maestro® Dobel Diamante™, the first ever multi-aged clear tequila, is a blend of Añejo, Extra Añejo, and Reposado tequilas distilled from 100% blue agave sourced from a single estate in Jalisco, Mexico. Featured cocktail pairings at the Supper Suite will include Dobel Diamante’s signature Black Diamond Margarita with Himalayan salt and “Dobel South by Supper Suite.”
The event series will highlight a number of The Family Coppola’s popular Diamond Collection wines, including Pavilion Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir, and the winery’s flagship red Bordeaux blend, Claret. During A-List’s reception for Eleanor Coppola’s directorial debut, PARIS CAN WAIT, her namesake award-winning wine Eleanor, a blend of Cabernet and Syrah, will be showcased, known for receiving critical acclaim from Wine Enthusiast (90 Points) and Wine Spectator (93 Points).
“A-List Communications strives to bring new and unique offerings to each film festival and the attending media and VIP clientele during the Festival and we thank our sponsors Maestro Dobel® Tequila and Family Coppola Wines for making it possible,” concludes A-List Communications’ CEO David Manning.
