Gilles Marini and Red Fraggle on nthe Red Carpet
Just last night, I had the chance to catch up with fetching Frenchmen (who just published a self titled calendar for charity and is returning for the 5th Season of Brothers and Sisters), Gilles Marini at Kitson for the launch of the Dr. Romanelli Fraggle Rock Clothing Collaboration and The Anita Ko Fraggle Rock Costume Jewelry Collection which was also a toy drive benefit for the L.A. Mission. Guess what ladies? This self-proclaimed “romantic guy” is coming out with an album and he revealed to me that it will be “music to make love to.” Sounds appropriate coming from one of the Sexiest Men Alive! I also chatted with Anita Ko Fraggle Rock co-jewelry designer Pascal Mouawad who was excited about his collection launching and is working on a watch collection with Jessica Simpson inspired by the singer that will have some “bling.” I can imagine! Red carpet buddies Carmen Electra and Shanna Moakler arrived together and soon after came Ziggy Marley and they all reiterated to me how excited they were to see Fraggle Rock again after having grown up with the show, “even in Jamaica” as Marley said. Who knew? And Dancing With The Stars host Samantha Harris mentioned to me that she would love for Gilles Marini to return for Season 10 of her show and her other choice would be hottie Hugh Jackman because “I know he can dance and looks fantastic in a tux!” Agreed! Also on hand were the Hilton sisters who created a flash bulb frenzy, Kevin Sorbo who graciously signed autographs for fans, Fame’s Anna Maria Perez de Tagle, and Monet Mazur who brought her adorable son along as her date for the evening.
