Recently I visited with celebrity makeup guru, Napoleon Perdis, who has many go-to products with which I stock my drawers. But there are 2 items from his current summer collection that I absolutely can’t live without.
Red Carpet Roxy and Napoleon Perdis
One is the Advanced Mineral Makeup SPF 15 (used with the Mattifying Mineral Primer) that makes your skin look creamy, smooth, and absolutely refreshed. And don’t worry about using this liquid makeup in the heat of the summer, because the Primer keeps it perfectly in place. Trust me, I am currently in Texas in the 100+ degree heat and my makeup hasn’t moved!
My other favorite NP item right now is the Better Off Red Undercover Red Lip Gloss. This truly custom lip gloss actually changes to the best shade of red for your lips. And how does this happen? Because there are ph-sensitive pigments in the gloss that create a shade of red best suited to your skin tone. Mine turned out to be the most gorgeous shade of rosy red-not too blue, nor too orange.
