Just this week, I met with celebrity stylist Hayley Atkin at the Victora’s Secret store at the Beverly Center for a little undergarment 101. Not only does she use VS garments under the clothing of her Hollywood clients, but she also let me know that VS sent a goodie bag to all of the Best Actress and Best Supporting Actress Oscar nominees in order to help them with all of their shaping needs. What was in the gift bag? The Very Sexy V Bra, The Embracer Waist-cincher Thong, Victoria’s Secret perfume, and other goodies. Lucky girls! I actually wore the The Embracer Waist-cincher Thong under my Oscars dress and I can vouch that it absolutely works! It starts under the breast and holds in everything down to the lower belly. And the best part is the attached thong so you don’t feel dowdy. Said Hayley about wearing the garment while Oscar party-hopping, “You can eat a big, hearty dinner (while it wearing it) so you don’t pass out!” Very true.
