Last night, I attended the launch of TheCaratDiet.com, which is a website devoted to everything baubles, at Erica Courtney. And Make It or Break It star Cassie Scerbo was on hand to host the bling and Perrier-Jouet bubbly-filled event.

At the soiree, I chatted with Erica, who let me in on her method of designing gorgeous jewels. Not one to get hung up on a trend, she said that she is always creating pieces that she would fill her own jewelry box with. Sounds like my kind of girl! Meanwhile, Cassie had fun trying on several of the gems, including the Jude Frances cocktail ring and earrings, which were stunning! She complemented her bling with black Christian Louboutins, a vintage Chanel purse, and a black sequins dress. Chanel, Christian Louboutin…music to my ears!
