Karl Lagerfeld has just photographed Gossip Girl star Blake Lively for a new Chanel campaign featuring the Mademoiselle line of handbags. The photos were shot at the Chanel headquarters on Rue Cambon. And Karl is thrilled with the shoot, saying that Blake is “a kind of American dream girl….She’s full of life.”
There was equal praise from Lively’s side, with her gushing, “How did Cinderella feel when she slipped on the glass slipper? How did Snow White feel when she met her Prince Charming? A dream come true is an understatement. I can say that I feel like the happiest, luckiest girl around.” And rightfully so!
Looking forward to seeing the pictures when they hit the mags in April!
