Just last week, I had the opportunity to interview country crooner Keith Urban, right before he was to go in for vocal cord surgery. We chatted about several things dear to Keith, including his music, his wife Nicole Kidman and daughters Sunday and Faith, as well as his newest venture-Phoenix.
Just this past weekend, I saw Keith Urban perform at the Staples Center. And I was thoroughly impressed. Not only is Keith on of the hottest country music stars out there, he is also an amazing guitar player. He seriously shreds!
I am very honored on this Golden Globe day to speak with nominee Monty Powell whose song “For You” with Keith Urban from the film Act of Valor is up for Best Original Song. I grabbed a few minutes with him this morning before he and Keith began their long walk down the Golden Globes red carpet.
