This past Monday, independent film was feted at the 22nd annual Gotham Independent Film Awards at Cipriani Wall Street in NYC. Matt Damon, Marion Cotillard, David O. Russell, and philanthropist Jeff Skoll were all honored with Career Tribute Awards. As I always say, this is one of my favorite awards shows of the year, as guests get to enjoy delish food and fantastic drinks like the Russian Standard Vodka Cocktails and Mionetto Prosecco while hobnobbing with Hollywood A-listers who also delighted in letting their hair down and knocking back a few.
