Good choice, I say. Chelsea Handler was just chosen as hostess with the mostess for the VMA’s on September 12th.
She stands as the first woman to host the MTV show since Roseanne Barr had the duty all the way back in 1994!
And here is what Handler had to say about her upcoming hosting gig:
“If there’s one awards show that I should be hosting, it’s probably this one. My personality probably wouldn’t jell with the Emmys or the Golden Globes.”
It so makes sense-her sarcastic and raw comedic tendencies along with her wide appeal to college students will “jell” perfectly with the MTV viewer. Don’t you think?
