You may have heard that Marc Jacobs will be showing off his acting chops in a feature film called Disconnect.Well, the trailer was released today, and it looks good!
The gritty drama, out in April, also stars Jason Bateman, Paula Patton and Alexander Skarsgard, and Jacob plays a pimp of sorts to “disconnected” teens who venture into the world of cyber-prostitution. And judging from his short bit in the trailer, it seems as if this could be an interesting role for the fashion designer. Certainly a dramatic departure from the catwalks of New York Fashion Week!
