It was bound to happen. Bethenny Frankel released a statement on Sunday that did indeed confirm the rumors of an impending split from her hubby, Jason Hoppy. They married in 2010 and have one daughter, Bryn (2).

“It brings me great sadness to say that Jason and I are separating. This was an extremely difficult decision that as a woman and a mother, I have to accept as the best choice for our family …聽We have love and respect for one another and will continue to amicably co-parent our daughter who is and will always remain our first priority,” the statement continues. “This is an immensely painful and heartbreaking time for us.”
Rumors of a split really kicked up a notch after this past season of Bethenny Ever After in which it seemed like the once madly in love couple were fighting non-stop. Some say the split was caused by her devotion to her Skinnygirl brand and her new talk show. Other say Jason couldn’t handle her success, while he was still figuring out his next career move. There are even whispers about alleged cheating. What do you think caused the split?
