Ay, ay, ay! Mara Hoffman’s Spring 2012 collection, inspired by “Mexican Mamas,” was full of south of the border flavor. After viewing the clothes and listening to the mariachi band, all I wanted was a margarita!

And I wasn’t the only onbe getting into the Mexican groove. Actress Ashley Tisdale enjoyed the fashions as well. Hoffman used very colorful prints (tribal, neon, and geometric) even on the wedges, and fun, new silhouettes like jumpsuits, rompers, tea-length column dresses, and a ruffled peasant dress. Many of the fabrics were sheer, both for top and bottom, and Hoffman featured her “bralets” under many of the designs. Sexy and spicy!
