Congratulations to those who have already made it down the isle and those who will be tying the knot before the summer is over. If you’re in need of honeymoon ideas or just looking for a nice romantic getaway, here are some travel destinations where love is always in the air!
Hotel Aman Venice

Known to be one of the most romantic places in Europe (and the world), Venice should be at the top of every newlywed couple’s list. Take a classic Gondola Ride through one of Venice’s many canals while taking in the enchanting city and it’s architecture. Try to go at sunset for a breathtakingly beautiful and romantic experience.
Need a place to stay? Check in to the lavish, Hotel Aman, located on the Grand Canal. The hotel’s ornate rooms, spa treatments and gourmet restaurants will make it hard to leave. Clear, turquoise waters, white sandy beaches and over sixty islands make up the beautiful British Virgin Islands. Located in the Caribbean Sea, the British Virgin Islands offer plenty of things to do and see on this romantic getaway.

Did you dream of going to Disney Land after your wedding since you were a child, but thought Paris was more sophisticated? Lucky for you, there’s a Disney Land Paris. With some European qualities, Disney Land Paris still boasts attractions similar to the U.S. amusement park such as: Frontierland, Adventureland, Fantasyland, and Discoveryland. Newlyweds can unleash their inner child and feel like princes and princesses for a day (or two)!
French Quarter

Let the good times roll! One of the top ten romantic getaways in the U.S. due to its good eats, famous music, and southern hospitality, New Orleans is a great place to spend time as newlyweds. For a romantic dinner overlooking Jackson Square, check out Tableau restaurant. If you’re looking for a riverfront experience and delectable Mexican food, Galvez restaurant is the place for you. Have a sweet tooth? Stroll on over to Sucré for French macarons and chocolate. Don’t forget to share!
You can’t go to New Orleans without venturing through the lively French Quarter. Why not throw on the wedding gown and tux and relive your wedding day for fun? This would be strange anywhere else, but in the French Quarter, you probably won’t be the only ones in nuptial attire. Before the trip is over, be sure to take a couples’ cooking class. Newlyweds will have a new collection of New Orleans inspired dishes to bring back home with them.
Key Largo
Florida Keys
Newlyweds don’t have to travel outside of the U.S. to find amazing romantic destinations. The picturesque Florida Keys are perfect for couples who love sandy white beaches and quant beach towns. Stay in a spacious bungalow at the Little Palm Island Resort and Spa, where you can enjoy each other’s company over private dining and couples massages.
Tear yourselves away from the resort and bike through Old Town Key West. Look for a Paradise Bike Rental shop and rent a bike for two hours for only eight dollars! For diving couples, make your way to Key Largo, the diving capitol of the world, and enjoy coral reefs and colorful fish in the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary. Feel like showing each other off, slip into something sexy and head to Little Room Jazz Club for an extensive wine list and live jazz music. Socialize and dance the night away!
