The Svedka house is now open for the summer, and let me tell you it is hot! Located high above Beverly Hills, the views of the city are breath taking. The lawn had everything going on, from life size jenga to bowling with coconuts and Svedka bottles. And not to mention all of the delish drinks there were! (see below for a recipe to make your own) I really like the new Strawberry Colada and Orange Cream Pop, but I think that the original will always be my favorite Svedka flavor.
While sipping on a cocktail, I noticed Julianne and Derek Hough doing a sit down interview together on the side of the sprawling yard. Julianne looked polished and pretty, wearing a dark peach-colored peplum dress and metallic heels. Single seems to be suiting her well. She was on fire hanging out, laughing, and posing for pictures with friends.
Jessica Szohr, who looked skinnier than ever, was trying out the Svedka bowling alley and was successful on her first try! Szohr was sporting a casual white tank and an orange maxi skirt, while bowling away and smiling for the camera with the Houghs. Meanwhile, at one of the many Svedka themed bars, Evan Ross was ordering a fruity cocktails with one of his friends. Ross seemed to be having a low-key night with his buddy, and looked totally comfortable in a flowy white tunic.
As the sun was starting to set, all of a sudden a flash mob appeared and people started to jump in the pool! The hipster-looking crew made a splash and threw the Svedka beach balls around, while dancing to the sexy tunes. And by the DJ was Adrienne Bailon, who opted for a body-con dress in a summery coral color. Orange was definitely the color of the night!
And here is how you can make the Strawberry Colada Berry Collins at home:
Ingredients :
1 ½ parts SVEDKA Strawberry Colada
1 part sour mix
1 strawberry
1 blackberry
Club Soda
Instructions:
Muddle 1 strawberry and blackberry in a cocktail shaker. Combine remaining ingredients, except club soda. Shake and strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass. Top with club soda and gently stir. Garnish with a blackberry and strawberry.
**Alternative to sour mix—dissolve 1 tsp. sugar in ½ part fresh lime juice before muddling. Happy cocktailing!
I want all of their outfits…especially the dresses!!!
I loooove when you give drink recipes-they are always the best! You know what you’re talking about!
Julianne looks better than she ever did with Ryan…looks much happier too! I’m wondering if that color orange is in this summer? I haven’t really seen it around but it looks great on all four of them. I’ll have to look around. Loved all of your instagrams last night…seemed like such a fun party with a great location. Defiantly going to be making that drink this weekend
