John Mayer live in concert
Controversial crooner (hold the napalm please!) John Mayer played to a packed crowd at the Staples Center in Los Angeles last night. He talked a lot about his “heart being broken in LA.” I am sure Jessica Simpson and Jennifer Aniston appreciated that one! Although the concert was a sell out, I don’t think the Staples Center was the right choice for him because he would be better suited to play a more intimate venue like the Hollywood Bowl. A few times I felt like I lost a connection with him because the space was so large and he doesn’t have a big production-basically it is him strumming his guitar, which I really enjoyed, along with his “O” face!
