People are really into their fashion documentaries! This is evidenced by the $8 million box office gross worldwide for The September Issue which focuses on the inner workings of Anna Wintour’s Vogue magazine and putting out the largest (840 pages and almost 5 pounds!) ever fall-fashion issue for September 2007. And on February 23, 2010 it will be released on a 2 disc DVD and Fashion Week Daily is reporting the deleted scenes are quite “juicy.” It will set you back $29.98-far less than a pair of Louboutins! The publication also reports that another popular fashion doc, Valentino: The Last Emperor grossed $2 million and the favored Oscar documentary contender, Food Inc., has grossed $4.5 million worldwide.
