I love a skirt that I can just keep twirling in. And that is definitely this one. The fringe makes it. By the way, it was beyond comfortable, running from show to show, which is key during NYFW. And taking a moment outside to enjoy the fresh air, sunshine and twirl to my heart’s delight? Priceless.
