I am so obsessed with a good off the shoulder top! They can be fun, flirty and easy to wear. And for a recent night out at the Women in Film pre-Oscars party, I wore this boho chic OTS number with black pants and heels. This top was definitely my statement piece, and I opted to accessorize with some dangly earrings and my favorite red lip. By the way, this blouse is also a great tummy-hider, so it is forgiving if you want to go out for a yummy dins before hitting the town!
