I really loved some of the fashion last night at the 2013 Golden Globes. Several style trends emerged including red, navy, blush, white, thigh-high slits and lots of sparkle. Here is my list of the best dressed. Who was your favorite?
Katherine McPhee in Theyskens’ Theory. I love the plunging neckline. Let’s face it, she had got the boobs to pull it off!
Anne Hathaway in Chanel. Simple, elegant and glamorous.
Kate Hudson in Alexander McQueen. This is a power gown. You have to have a strong personality like Kate’s to pull it off. It’s packed with attitude.
Claire Danes in Versace. BTW, she had a baby one month ago. Enough said.
Jessica Chastain in Calvin Klein. This seafoam color is so flattering on her. And the halter style is a classic.
Jennifer Lawrence in Dior Haute Couture. Love the color and the fact that it is accessorized with a metallic belt. Modern glam!
Julianne Moore in Tom Ford. So chic and on-trend with the black and white. It is also backless which makes me love it that much more.
Jessica Alba in Oscar de la Renta. This is a classic shape, but the gorgeous coral color really makes it pop.
Amy Adams in Marchesa. This gown is so dreamy and it makes it look like she is literally floating! Great choice for her.
Naomi Watts in Zac Posen. I actually thought we would see more oxblood on the carpet since that color is so trendy right now. Alas, Naomi was the only one to rock it.
Helen Mirren in Badgely Mischka. She looks so chic in this look. Plus, she’s Helen Mirren! What’s not to love?
Stacy Keibler in an Armani Prive column gown. If only I could be 6 feet tall with mile long legs! Love the simple elegance of this dress.
Olivia Munn in Armani. It’s different and I like that.
Glenn Close in a navy Zac Posen trumpet gown. The color is great, and she looks so stylish.

My favorite look of the night was Jessica Alba in Oscar de la Renta. The coral tone of the dress looked great against her skin tone and really made her stand out!
