So Bono just chatted with Rolling Stone and revealed that U2 is working on a “club-sounding album.” Interesting….love that they are taking chances.
They are also currently on the European leg of the 360 Tour which resumed in Turin on August 6th.
In addition, they are releasing another album called “Songs of Ascent” which including songs from their recording sessions during their latest album, “No Line on the Horizon.”
And to top it all off, Bono and The Edge are scoring the music for the Spider-Man musical.
Oh in case you are wondering about how Bono is holding up after his emergency back surgery in May, he says:
“There are a lot bigger problems out there than the ones I was facing. … But I came out of it perfect. And I feel incredibly grateful.”
Set your calendars Angelenos-U2 rocks Angel Stadium in Anaheim on July 17th & 18th, 2011. So glad I held on to my tickets!
