My latest current obsession is of the handbag variety, specifically Tonya Hawkes. Her box clutch designs are impeccable, with each piece hand-crafted in Bologna, Italy. This accessory industry pro (she has designed for Donna Karan and Furla) launched her business only a few years ago, but has gained many a celebrity following including the likes of Mindy Kaling, Solange Knowles and Alicia Keys.
And I attended the Bri Holloway Presents Tonya Hawkes first ever LA presentation at the stunning home of artist BJ Dockweiler, where Tonya showed her Spring/Summer 2015 collection. And I can say…amazing! Think vibrant colors, studs and bold metallics, with a few key lucite pieces too.
